summer/2023
in my dreams, for at least ten years, i dream the same scenario:
that i preside over and manage a dream hotel. different things 23
happen, but its always that. also travel between areas. it goes
on for acres, with caves and mountains and deserts and
underground lakes with strange glowing fish.

theres a lot to discover, and its always been mine, i gather,
but i am finding it just now, seems to be the key theme.

simultaneously somehow running and discovering a hotel which contains its own
internal universe. its always bewildering, but the situations seem to work
out fine, i suppose.

all my dead friends are there. i give them jobs.
andy tends bar, because he doesnt judge anyone and has done everything and
been everywhere and can talk your ear off for hours if you have nothing to say
but is an excellent listener too. real relatable guy. not built for this world
but an ace dream hotel bartender.
the other day i found these weird living jewels in an elevator shaft, and i
realized that they must be food for the glowing underground lakefish.

you see where im going with this.
i think im building the world i will inhabit in the afterlife,
i.e: the 6 seconds or so of final brain activity, which is experienced as
eternal, because the brain is flooded with homebrew dmt. probably.
