Bleach Productions (bleach)
Lord Jazz and Stone Chapel revived Bleach in mid-1995 and turned it into one of the year's hottest mid-tier crews. By the fifth pack, the September roster was big: 22 ANSi artists, 10 dedicated ASCII contributors, VGA/RIP from Lord Jazz/Rancid/Tosh10, and a Tide e-zine coded by Shattered Link. Bleach's policy was strict. No distro sites and every member's board got a `Handle:bleach Password:bleach` account convention for couriers, period. Every merger offer refused. Three-month inactivity meant removal. The WHQ was Glue, the secondary WHQ was hUMA! (Lord Jazz's place), and the September list of member boards was a tour of the scene's late-1995 social geography. If Bleach felt like it should have been bigger than it was, it's because Lord Jazz was already pulling double duty in ACiD as its breakthrough new artist for 1994; Bleach was his side-house. It ran hot through 1995 and went quiet afterward.
