WHAT IT IS
A mid-90s style ANSi of the component side of a Trust 14k4 external
fax/modem, the same kind of hardware BBSs were connected to the
world through. The board photo was reduced to an 80-column grid: bright
edges became traces , copper fills became shades , chip
bodies grey and white. Four callouts mark the parts that mattered on a
V.32bis board: UART, Rockwell chipset, RS232 driver, power regulation.
Under the board sits a fragment of Turbo Pascal code generated for the
next phase of the project.
