iCON Viewer
Whats been done to da viewer info
By Crusader
- Version 03/95 -
First iCON pack: the whole thing is fucking new :
- Version 05/95 -
Viewer now saves its configuration automatically to the IVIEW.EXE.
No need to have some cheep ass dangling configuration file anywhere.
Added a configurable MOD/S3M etc. shell... Why? Cuz i dont feel like
coding music yet and there are some damn good mod players out there.
Added a drop to DOS. Small enhancement, but usefull.
File list is now sorted.
Added RIP support thanks to Capn Crunchs RIP code
Shortened the screen saver time to 5 seconds, cuz non of you mother
fuckers noticed it in the first version :
Cosmetical changes as well as added the iCON FTP and Web sites.
Changed all the fonts to our own : All the fonts in this release
were made by Grim.
- Version 07/95 -
Added PackMan, a stupid little pac man game hey, it was there so I
threw it in :
- Version 02/96 -
Wow, 7 months later and an update occurs... bout time I say...
This should be the last version of iView before I completely
re-code the whole project. There is just too much old code in here
to be flexible enough for add ons and expansions.
Added VESA SVGA PCX Viewing... Should work on all 256 color 8-bit
PCX files. Screen sizes range from 320x200 plain, vanilla VGA to
1024x768 1 Meg SVGA Cards and up
Removed BMP Windows bitmap support dont ask why, k? :
Small cosmetical adjustments
Changed the quit key from escape to alt+x or alt+q
