A Philadelphia-area BBS-support outfit operating on the 215 area code and the VirtualNet @2351. The same names from the iMAGE 1992 roster turn up here, six years older, still wiring up local boards in 1998 instead of chasing the wider scene. Half art crew, half neighborhood committee.
