Welcome to Twilight Graphics April art collection.
This month, Is special for us, because of Twilight-X, our new format
for Windows 95 and NT. Weve been working hard on it, and we hope
youll enjoy it. It can only get better. And yes, well be also
releasing our normal pack so those of you that do not use Windows 95
or NT can also view it.
Twilight-X is the new extended pack format for win95/NT. Weve
tried to create a pack format that could be used as a standard for
win95 and NT pack creation, in doing that we carefully thought
and planned out a map that is leading us right where we want to go.
As of this release TwiX supports: BMP, JPG, GIF, RLE, TGA, PCX,
ANSI80x25, AVI and WAV. Those are the basic functions that we
needed to show you all what we are trying to accomplish with TwiX.
Everymonth from now on, we will be releasing 2 packs the standard
pack called TWI-XXXX.ZIP dos based and the Twilight-X pack wich
will be called TWX-XXXX.ZIP wich will contain all the files you need
to view the months art.
TWX-XXXX.ZIP information:
The TWX-XXXX.ZIP pack will only contain the files needed to update
the main program TWIX.EXE , and possibly some software upgrade
patches. So we ask you NOT to delete TWIX.EXE from your hardrive
because we will not be distributing it in every twilight-x pack.
Besides TWIX.EXE is a small file 300kb or so.
Twilight-X will install itself in any directory you want. When
loaded up it will search the directory for new or old packs, if
found, such packs will appear as an icon in the twilight-x main
interface.. all you have to do it click on them and VOILA instant
pack :
The advantages of running twilight-x are: more BANG for your buck,
the file size for TWX-XXXX.zip will be around the same size as the
normal pack TWX-XXXX.ZIP + you get the cooler interface and
multimedia feel. Easy install, simply copy the files from
TWX-XXXX.ZIP into the directory where you have TWIX.EXE installed,
and load TWIX.EXE and your on your way.
Planned addons:
In the month to come we will develop a pack builder that will enable
other groups to take advantage of the twix pack format.

add your music
etc..
everything you need to create your own pack will be a few clicks
of the mouse away.

Nixus, and Toonxilion. Also joining out ranks is Empty for our
Internet needs. In Addition to all this, we will be we are also al-
most complete with our Viewer and Drawer, which should be complete
by the next pack. Please note that our Webpage is being totally re-
written with some interesting new twists. For those that do not know

We are sorry for not being able to get Distorted dos out this
month, as you can imagine we have our plates full with TwiX, but
dont worry about it, everything will be on track next month.
