triloxy!
triloxy was founded in april 1995. it was a merge between
3 belgian groups:
radical leader doctor k-os, mainly bbsmodding
bad influence leader speed freak, mainly music/art
trt2001 leader turbo-d iron crack, mainly bbsmodding
we had our ups and downs, and at the moment were experiencing
a major down... Speedfreak got bored with Triloxy and left,
taking most of the ansi-ascii artists with him to form a new
group. Because most other members got bored with Triloxy too,
they left, so these are pretty chaotic times for Triloxy, SF
gave me the coordination of the vga-artists, but didnt supply
me with the info concerning the vga-members from that time, I
decided to kick every vga-artist and to keep those who kept
in contact with me, so the memberlist is gonna be a short one.
Triloxy is struggling for its survival and we dont know if
we can win the fight against death... If it depends on me TLY
will revive and will be here to stay!

Photoshop???
Fuck it! I had it with those so called artists. Those
people who think they are awesome artists, just because
they can do some spiffy logo with Photoshop and their
+1000 filters! I dont think its art: anybody can do
that shit! I left some of it in here: a gfx from Loader,
who has seen the light and has started to do pixeling,
a joint by Loader and Da bonehead/Pofelipoff hope I
wrote that right and then finally one by myself, to let
you see that its fucking easy drawing that shit.
What happened the last half year...
Well a fucking lot: In July we attended Wired97, where
Cyclops got 10th place in the pixel-compo and 9th place
in the raytrace compo.
In September we attended Bizarre97. Cyclops got 1st place
in the pixel-compo and 4th place in raytrace compo.
At the end of October Cyclops went to Saturne 5 with
Itsari and Kurt/Green. The party was a disaster: 1 major
powerfailure, so nothing happened there.
In November Wild Things Wired97-Bizarre97 report,
featuring code by Infinite Reboot, Gfx Design by Cyclops
and music by 708, got released after much delay. So check
it out and discover the Triloxy crew in action.
A couple of days after the release of this report Speed-
freak left Triloxy and took most of the artist with him
to start a new group. Thorax also decided to make his
music division a seperate group, what will happen to the
coding division is still unknown, so the future of Triloxy
is still an uncertain one.
So you want to apply as a gfx-artist?
Then there are some things you have to know:
First: mail some of youre stuff and youre info to me
Cyclopstriloxy@hotmail.com. We will then judge if youre
in or not. Those Photoshop-Logo-Artists dont bother We
wont accept you unless you show some real skill handling
the brush in photoshop and you can produce art without
the use of those fucking filters.
Second: Youll have to send me at least 1 picture every 2
months, you can miss a pack if youve got a good reason
but if you miss a second pack youre out!
third: If you enter a compo, we want the original compo-
version with signature, dont make any modifications
afterwards, also mention the party and youre ranking.
Finally: If we notice that one of our members is ripping
from other artists, he gets kicked no exceptions!
Some more news:
Since Ftp.dant.com got a bit freaky lately, like all
the releases going offline and online, we decided to
make our newly acquired Mirror our Main Ftp. So try
try Ftp.skynet.stack.nl/pub/demos/triloxy or
Ftp.skynet.stack.nl/pub/music/triloxy to get our
stuff old and new.

Final Words:
Its going to be a rough and uncertain couple of months,
building Triloxy back to what it was, from almost scratch.
