EXAR KUNS FIFTH ASCII COLLECTION FOR BLADE PRODUCTIONS
Well, this is my fifth month in blade, and my fifth collection. I would
like to wish everyone a happy new years and I hope you all had a fine
holiday season. New Years brings resolutions that arent kept, so I
decided to think of some I can keep. One of them is my group, I have
determined that I will remain in BLADE for all of 1997. I think loyalty
is a lost virtue in the scene, back in the day people would join one
group and stay, now everyone seems to have a long list of groups .. I
will just stay with one. Another resolution I made for myself and I
think the scene should do as well, is commit to the board scene. If you
just sit around bitching about how boards are going to die, they will.
But if you make the effort to set your board up telnet, its not that
hard, or concentrate on your local scene, it cant get better if you
dont put forth the effort , boards might be around for another few
years. The final resolution, these are all scene related of course, is
to spend as much time drawing as I do on irc doesnt include idling ,
this way I will hopefully improve and not waste my time listening to
people talk about niggers, gay sex, or imaginary social lives that seem
to be the focus of irc these days ..
This month I was also appointed ascii coordinator because MELTDOWN stepped
down. I hope I can do as good a job as he has done. I of course thank
mindcrime for this opportunity.
