ARSiN! Pack #01

At the time of this pack's release, I, Maddog Ho‰k am the sole member of ARSiN,
because I was too lazy to start hyping it up for membership.  So hopefully,
this pack will speak for itself and get some artists interested in joining.

Those who are interested in being a part of this flakey group will have to log
on to PyroGenesis BBS (ARSiN World Headquarters).  All art contributions and
intra-group communication will take place there for now, as I am trying to
start us off with a good group of artists in the local area.  Since we're going
to keep it local for a while, PyroGenesis will be the only official
distribution site for the packs until further notice.

But anyway, as for applying, load the ARSINAPP.ANS file in your ANSI editor,
fill in the blanks and follow the instructions.
