(_Gr)umm..well i been drawing since like 6th grade..but if you mean ansi,
     its getting close to 3 years now..
(_k2)yeah.  we all have to learn somewhere. =)  so, did you start with ansi,
     and move up, or what?
(_Gr)nah i just stuck with ansi from the beginning..  i remember i saw some
     leet group called iDP posting their art on a local net..  and i thought
     it was cool so i did an ansi and joined up with them..
(_k2)yeah.  can't forget those lame groups =)  so, then, how did you pop into
     the art scene? =)
(_Gr)well it didnt take too long after that..  i think i was in iDP for 2
     months before it disbanded..  and then i joined lordjazz's and stone
     chapel's local group DcP..  and after that it was the original cancer ..
     and that was pretty when i got into the real "scene"
(_k2)yeah.  so, what groups where you in altogether?
(_Gr)ugh..too many..heh..  well those three i mentioned were my first..  then
     after the second cancer broke up i went with mistigris, altho i never
     released.. then i was in bleach for 2 or 3 months and that was when i
     started rune..i also app'd for blade somewhere in there but never
     released with them either cuz of some miscommunication with mindcrime..
(_k2)it's pretty easy to get miscomm'd with mc...coming from a blade member.
     =) so, how long have you been running rune?
(_Gr)umm i started it in like june of '95..  and it was a good group espec-
    ially with omega red releasing so many sweet pics..  and then after our
    first release we got a bunch of new artists but my computer died on me
    before i could get another pack out..  so i was out of the scene for about
    4 months before i got my new system and put rune back together..
(_k2)hmmm...well, i think that wouldve sucked.  so what do you do in yer spare
     time ? =)
(_Gr)heh..mostly just messed around at school..you know slacked off from
     everything..  got crappy grades..  all of that..  i was pretty lazy back
     then..  and then i got so bored over christmas vacation i decided to see
     if any local art boards were still up..and thas how i got back into it..
(_k2)that's cOOl...i really slack off to.  last period wuz like a 2.1 or
     something =)  so, what are your plans for the future?
(_Gr)actually i just sent in an app for iCe a few days ago..  and syntax liked
     it and is just waiting for me to finish that 200-liner i showed you..
     and then he'll put my app up to a vote to see if i get in or not..  if
     that doesnt happen, tho, i think i'll see about hooking up with fire..
     cuz betrayer gaveme the invite a while ago and they're a really cool
     group too..
(_k2)yeahp...was going to join fire, but mc slandered me for 'two-timing' on
     blade.so, you think you'll ever bee kOOL..that is...enuf to join rolo =)

(_Gr)haha well i dunno..  i hear like only really leet ppl get in that group
     or something..:)  nah i actually i think if i get in fire or ice i'll
     stick with them until the end..  i've been hanging around small groups
     for 3 yrs now.. its time to get some more recognition and stuff you
     know..?
(_k2)yeah.  i still don't get as much recognition as i would like to...
     probally cos of my handle =P (who the fuck IS kuma?) =)  ... maybe
     when i change it to bad mojo or something =P
(_Gr)heh..umm i dunno i think i'd stick with kuma..
(_k2)eheh...that's what i've been told, although nobody knows me =)  but i
     think if plain falls thru, i might send in an app to ice around this
     fall.  by then, my ansi work should be alot better =)
(_Gr)yeh thas cool..i think ice has pretty much proven themselves to be the
     dominant group in the scene over the last few months now..

(_Gr)well not really but they've had bad times before..  i wouldnt be sur-
     prised if they pull out of this one..

     whatever.  whell, the fone bills a'pumpin, and my parents are going to
